We ship from Fort Worth, TX Mon - Fri, Excluding weekends & holidays

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

  • Our current processing time is 3-5 business days for in stock items and 3-10 business days for custom items. Once shipped, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to deliver in the USA. 
  • Priority Express orders are shipped out same or next business day and take between approximately 1-3 business days to receive.
  • All items will be shipped Via USPS standard shipping unless you have upgraded your shipping at checkout.

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days

Priority: 2-3 business days

Priority Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed) 

This is for domestic orders only. 

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING QUESTIONS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through USPS tracking or directly from the email.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Poppies & Lace, LLC is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after order is marked delivered by shipping carrier. In the unfortunate event that this occurs, please contact the USPS and/or your local authorities. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Estimated shipping times
Canada &  Australia: 10-14 business days
Europe: 2-8 weeks
New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days
**These are estimated ship times and may or may not be accurate due to international customs. 
Customs, Import Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Poppies & Lace is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

To begin a return, please email returns@poppiesnlace.com

Items MUST be returned within 7 business days from the day the package was marked delivered by the shipping service. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the original packaging, and contain the original or copy of the packing slip. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom Items and/or Personalized Items
  • Holiday Items
  • Items marked Final Sale/All Items in Clearance & Sale Collection
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards


Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.

Note:

Original shipping is NOT refundable. Return shipping  is also the responsibility of the customer and NOT refundable. We do not accept Cash On Delivery deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. 

If returned items are not in original condition, all items will be promptly sent back at the customer's expense and a refund will NOT be given.  

Please include a copy of the original packing slip in your return. If the packing slip is not included, no refund will be given and the items will be sent back at the customer's expense. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.

Once the return has been received and approved, a refund for the cost of the merchandise (shipping excluded) will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please refer to our return policy and place a new order. 

COUPONS

Coupons must be rendered at checkout, no exceptions, no refunds. Coupons are limited to ONE coupon per customer per transaction. 

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order items will be shipped within the given time frame listed in each item description. If there are any delays you will be notified via email. 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
  • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

 LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Poppies & Lace is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during a return. We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records.

ORIGINAL PAYMENT

Poppies & Lace will refund the cost of the returned merchandise (original shipping excluded) as soon as the return is received, and a confirmation email will be sent when the return has been completed.

Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the original order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please email customerservice@poppiesnlace.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Any request to change or cancel an order after the initial 24 hours has passed, may or may not be honored, at it's sole discretion, by Poppies & Lace
