Where do your items ship from?
What sizes should I choose?Each item description contains a size chart to compare your child's measurements to. We recommend comparing measurements carefully to ensure correct size is chosen.

- Poppies & Lace will gladly accept returns of products purchased from poppiesnlace.com
- To qualify for a return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the order. Please provide reason and order number.
- Products must be in their original and respective packaging and refunds are processed in 10-15 days.
- Poppies & Lace is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. Posh Peanut is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
- Once the item for return are received and reviewed, you will be emailed. We will issue you a refund for the amount of the purchase excluding shipping.

Can an order be cancelled?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Once the order has been processed we are unable to cancel, change or make any adjustments to the order.
All coupon codes must be rendered at checkout. 1 coupon code per transaction. You cannot stack multiple coupons.
